Shipping Times

All Australian orders are processed within 2-4 days upon purchasing.

Standard shipping: 2-8 business days

Express shipping: 1-4 business days

All shipping charges from your order are non-refundable.  Should you need to modify your chosen shipping method or have made an error, please contact us within 24 hours of your order being placed.

Unfortunately, we cannot assume liability for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes, local duties and taxes, and instances of lost items during transit. Parcels that are delayed due to Australia Post are not eligible for a refund if they are successfully delivered even if not within the expected time frame.

Little Mistry Moments are not held responsible for:

  • Mistakes made by Australia Post
  • Wrong addresses given by customers
  • Damage to orders by postal service
  • PO Box issues
  • Stolen parcels after delivery

Tracking Details

Once your order is dispatched you'll receive an email notification. Shortly after, Australia Post will send tracking updates, including estimated delivery times and delivery management options. These emails may take up to 24 hours from the time of receiving the shipping confirmation in your inbox. If you're unable to see your shipping notification email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.
